Effective November 15, 2011, Modern offers the following rebate program for new purchases made for existing structures:

$20 to $50 for Energy Star (ES) Clothes Washers based on the unit's Modified Energy Factor and the home's water heater type. Click here for rebate form. For more info on ES Clothes Washers please follow this link.
$25 for Electric Water Heater Rebate. Rebate is based on tank size and Energy Factor (not available for new construction). Click here for rebate form.
$500 for Performance Tested Comfort System (PTCS) Air-Source Heat Pump on existing structures with an electric Forced Air Furnace with a minimum of 9.0 HSPF and 14 SEER. For more information please click here.
$500 for temporary pilot program for dustless heat pumps on existing structures with permanently installed zonal electric resistance heat. Click here for more information.

Sorry, MEWCO does not offer rebates for insulation, windows, dryers, dishwashers, or Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs).
