Modern Announces No Rate Increase!

Modern’s Board of Directors is very sensitive to the hard economic times that many of its customers are facing. Because of this, Modern’s Board of Directors approved the new 2012 Operating Budget with NO RATE INCREASE for either electric or water service to its customers. Click here for the full story.

Statement Numbers

Most banks and credit unions offer online bill pay service. To assist companies receiving payments in their postings, financial institutions provide an input field for customers to enter a reference number. To speed up our payment posting process, Modern is asking its customers to please use the Statement Number as the reference number. This number can be found on every bill.

Although the Statement Number changes with each billing cycle, customers’ payments will post correctly with any previous Statement Number billed to their accounts. Therefore, bill pay customers will only need to make the reference number change once.

E-Statements

The new billing system can send out email notifications when statements are available for viewing.  Please email your e-statement request with your name and service address to modern@mewco.com .

To view your monthly statement you will need to complete the registration process on the On-Line Bill Pay page.
